Unique system for eliminating viruses in the air
AFI City is the first office building in Prague to boast an ionization-based air purification system from Global Plasma Solutions, which removes 99.8% of all dangerous viruses, including SARS-COV-2.
This is NPBI (Needle Point Bi-Polar Ionization) technology with continuous air protection, which is used by companies such as Google, Siemens, etc. All common areas will thus be safely treated throughout the building, and individual offices will also have the option of connecting to the clean air zone. Modern offices can no longer do without technological innovations, and AFI Europe is the first company to install this system in the Czech Republic.
- The project offers an underground parking with sufficient capacity of more than 300 parking spaces.
- The project is designed as sustainable and energy efficient and is aiming to be certified as BREEAM Excellent.
- The AFI CITY 1 project was completed in September 2020.

AFI CITY 1 is an administrative project designed by well known Czech studio CMC architects. It is a tower building consisting of 19 above ground and 3 under ground floors with total leasable area of 17.300 sqm.
AFI CITY 1 situated in rapidly developing area of Prague 9 – Vysocany offers flexible solutions for demanding tenants that are looking for modern office premises using the latest technologies combined with original architecture. Each floor can be leased as one unit of 900 sq m or it can be divided to two units, each of 450 sqm.

The project is situated in a dynamically developing location of Prague 9 – Vysočany right on Kolbenova street.
AFI CITY is very well accessible by public transportation as well as by car. Its position close to Prague ring road enables good connection with all other parts of Prague. As it is situated in the northeast side of the city AFI CITY also has an easy access to D8, D10 and D11 motorways in the direction of Ústí nad Labem, Liberec and Hradec Králové.
AFI CITY is situated right in front of Kolbenova metro station (line B) and also in close vicinity of tram stop. You can reach easily city center is within less than 15 minutes travel.
